Welcome to our Landscaping Services in Penge. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
We offer a comprehensive range of landscaping services, including but not limited to:
- Garden Design – Creating aesthetically pleasing and functional garden layouts.
- Maintenance – Regular upkeep of existing garden spaces.
- Hardscaping – Installation of patios, pathways, and other non-living elements.
- Planting – Selection and planting of trees, shrubs, and flowers.
2. Payment Terms
All services are subject to the following payment terms:
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required before work commences.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
- Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cash payments.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule our services, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total service cost.
4. Liability
While we take utmost care in providing our services, we are not liable for any damages resulting from:
- Unforeseen weather conditions.
- Pre-existing issues within the property.
- Third-party actions or negligence.
5. Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty on all our landscaping installations. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. It does not cover damage caused by external factors such as storms, pests, or improper maintenance.
5.1 Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period with detailed information about the issue. We will assess the claim and provide a resolution, which may include repair or replacement of the affected components.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring that the work area is accessible.
- Providing any necessary permits or permissions.
- Communicating any specific requirements or preferences clearly.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
9. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during our engagement will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
